This company is awesome!!! After having a week long scheduling issues between our home warranty company and 1st assigned plumbing company, our case was re-assigned to Blue Box. Understanding the painful process we had been through, they squeezed us into their schedule and I must say they lived up to the reviews I had read!!!!
Beginning with great customer service from the office, I think her name was Amanda, Justin came and fixed all of our issues. Justin was very professional, courteous, explained everything and left all 7 areas he worked on spotless. After he left we noticed one issue wasn't completely gone, we called the office and Amanda asked him to come back and he did not seem to mind at all. Amanda also called back to follow up that Justin returned. After the final repair, Justin hung around for a short time to ensure all issues were resolved.
Being first time home owners and this being our first home repair, we greatly appreciate Blue Box's professionalism. We will be requesting them them for any future issues and highly recommend them!!

I was desperate and needed a plumber right away. It was late afternoon, and two others had turned me down. Blue Box was there in less than thirty minutes. Justin was clean and professional. He showed me what the trouble was, explained every step, gave me options, and dealt with my home warranty service. He wasn't trying to do as little as possible in order to get out and end his long day. He adjusted and replaced until it was perfect. On his way out, he answered some questions I had about some non-emergency repairs and gave me reasonable quotes. I will definitely use Blue Box again. Ask for Justin.

I had a water heater replaced through Total Protect warranty co. They sent Pete and Justin who took care of the installation with ease and done to the new plumbing standard/code. They had to return and showed up within one hour to fix the problem. While they were there had them do a small job after watching there professional work ethic. I have them on speed dial.

Blue Box Plumbing was fast, friendly and informative! My plumber was Pete Semidey he was fantastic. He showed me what was going on with my bathroom. We ended up needing a new toilet. Which he had on his truck! He was great with my 2 year old who wanted to assist him. Pete let my son help open the new toilet and even allowed him to keep the box. My children are still having fun with the box and my toilet is fixed and my bathroom is clean. This has been a great experience. I will call Blue Box Plumbing MY plumbers!
